The East Earl Township Police Department arrested Tara K. Suter of East Earl for Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and for an active arrest warrant.  On August 11, 2026, Suter was found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia while officers were serving an arrest warrant.  Suter was transported to Lancaster County Prison on the outstanding warrant.  Suter was arraigned by MDJ Commins.  Judge Commins set Suter's bail at $100,000.  She was unable to post bail.

The public is reminded that criminal charges are merely accusations.  Suter is PRESUMED INNOCENT.
