On July 28, 2026, at approximately 2116 hours, an East Pennsboro Township police officer observed a purple Chrysler hatchback making an extremely wide right-hand turn onto B Street and traveling into the oncoming lane of traffic. A Traffic stop was initiated.  The driver, who exhibited signs of impairment, was placed under arrest for DUI.  All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
