The Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office has issued a press release regarding criminal charges filed following an investigation by the South Lebanon Township Police Department and Lebanon County Detectives into two separate dog attacks involving children at a South Lebanon Township residence.

As a result, Andrew Hresko, Debra Hresko, and Rebecca Hresko have been charged for their respective alleged roles in the incidents. The charges include Aggravated Assault of a Child, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Recklessly Endangering Another Person.

The incidents occurred in September 2024 and August 2026 and involved the same two dogs. Both children required emergency medical treatment following the attacks.
The South Lebanon Township Police Department worked in conjunction with Lebanon County Detectives and the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office throughout this investigation.
