On July 18th, 2026, at approximately 12:06 pm, the victim contacted the police department after their legally parked vehicle was struck. The victim advised they parked their vehicle in the 100 block of South Market Street at approximately 11:20 am, facing north. They came back out to their vehicle at approximately 12:00 pm and found the driver's side view mirror had been struck, most likely by a passing vehicle. No one stopped or provided information about striking the victim's vehicle. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the police department.
