On August 7, 2026, at approximately 9:36 P.M., Warrington Police responded to the area of 1111 Easton Road for a report of an intoxicated male.

Upon arrival, officers located 40-year-old Elias Borges Pascual of Warrington lying in a flower bed and appearing to be unconscious. Officers detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Borges Pascual, who also had slurred speech and appeared to have urinated himself.

Borges Pascual was administered a pre-arrest breath test, which registered .233%.

Borges Pascual was issued a non-traffic citation and transported to his residence.
