On 4/5/2017, the East Lampeter Township police Department responded to Wal-Mart 2034 Lincoln Highway East for a retail theft. The suspect, Angel LOPEZ-ORTIZ, 29, of Lancaster, PA, was observed concealing various items into empty shopping bags and attempting to leave with paying. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. LOPEZ-ORTIZ was arrested for (1) count Retail Theft (M-2) and (1) count Possession of Small Amount of Marijuana (M) and released.
