Officers Gaffney and Carboni represented the police department at this past Saturday's BACK to SCHOOL BLOCK PARTY event hosted by THE POINT.  During this event the attached video was captured.  It is the police department's sworn duty to safeguard our citizens, and with that in mind, there is NO AUDIO so that you are not exposed to their horrific singing.  It is believed that the officers were singings a terrible rendition of The Wheels on the Bus go Round and Round.
