On August 3, 2026, Warrington Police responded to the back parking lot of Valley Square after receiving reports of vehicles driving recklessly and performing donuts. Officers quickly located two vehicles matching the witness's description and conducted a registration check on one of them.

The check revealed the 17-year-old male driver from Southampton was wanted by the University of Pennsylvania Police Department on multiple felony charges, including Theft, Theft by Deception, Receiving Stolen Property, Identity Theft, as well as misdemeanor charges of Forgery and Securing Execution. The juvenile was placed under arrest, while his 17-year-old female passenger was released at the scene. 

The male was transported to the station before being released into the custody of University of Pennsylvania Police detectives.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
