On July 23, 2026, Millersville Borough Police officers responded to a call about a person lying on the side of the road. Upon arrival, they found an unconscious male, later identified as Jesse Schultz, who was heavily intoxicated. The strong smell of alcohol was evident on his breath. After regaining consciousness, Schultz confessed to consuming three beers before being found by the police. An open can of alcohol was discovered next to him on the roadside.
