On July 22, 2026, at approximately 2215 hours, Officer Jordan conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Montour Boulevard for traffic violations. 

Upon making contact with the driver, Officer Jordan detected the odor of burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle. The driver admitted to having marijuana in the vehicle and provided an ashtray with burnt joints. A subsequent search of the vehicle, with the driver's consent, revealed a black purse containing multiple additional drug paraphernalia items, and fresh marijuana.
