On July 7, 2026, authorities responded to a report of littering in the vicinity of East Division Street and Vine Street. Following an investigation, 22-year-old Romona Banks of Plymouth Boro. was identified as the suspect.  A Non-Traffic Summary Citation was filed for scattering rubbish on Banks.   In addition to any fines and penalties, Hanover Township is seeking restitution from Banks to cover the costs of cleaning up and disposing of the trash.
