The Hanover Borough Police Department is proud to announce the following promotions:

Sergeant Joshua P. Brady to the rank of Lieutenant

Officer Louis A. Loucks to the rank of Sergeant

Lieutenant Brady and Sergeant Loucks were promoted with the approval of our borough council on July 15, 2026. Mayor Heidi Hormel swore Brady and Loucks into their positions where they will continue to serve our residents and visitors.

We are grateful for the hard work and dedication of these two fine public servants and look forward to their continued leadership, commitment, and passion for the safety our community.
