Robert E. Barnes, Waynesboro, has been charged with one count each of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance, public drunkenness and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked after police made contact with him on July 11 at 1:43 p.m. on E.. Main Street.
