On July 8, 2026, Pocono Township Police officers were dispatched to 2131 White Oak Drive in response to a reported attempted theft of a generator. Upon their arrival, authorities identified two individuals, Craig Gesualdi and Christopher Schnaitman, who were attempting to steal a Blue Ridge generator being used to mitigate power outages in the area. Further investigation revealed that the pair were also in possession of methamphetamine and drug-related paraphernalia. As a result, charges were filed against them.
