The police initially obtained an arrest warrant for Todd William BRUTEYN on July 12, 2026, charging him with Indecent Exposure and related offenses stemming from an investigation.  BRUTEYN was located in the Borough and taken into custody on July 13, 2026.  He has been remanded to the Chester County Prison pending a preliminary hearing to be held at District Court 15-3-07.
