At approximately 1432 hours, on July 6, 2026, a traffic stop of a white in color, Chrysler Voyager was initiated in the 700 block West Main Street, Palmyra, PA, 17078.  The driver of the vehicle was identified as Jonathan H. Burak, of Harrisburg.  Burak was determined to have a license that is suspended in relation to a DUI.

     On July 13, 2026, a criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Warner's office charging Burak with one count of Driving While Suspended - DUI Related - 3rd or Subsequent Offense, which is a Misdemeanor of the 3rd Degree.
