The North Coventry Township Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating 42-year-old Rory Thomas McGuirk of Pottstown, who is wanted on a Failure to Appear arrest warrant.

The charges stem from an investigation that determined McGuirk fled from police and drove in careless and reckless manner on 01/04/2026 at CVS located at 351 W. Schuylkill Road

McGuirk is charged with one misdemeanor count of Fleeing or Attempting to Elude an Office, one misdemeanor count of Operating a Vehicle Without an Ignition Interlock, and five summary traffic offenses.
