The Hanover Township Police Department arrested Shawntah Lee of Mark Drive on charges of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault,  and Harassment following an incident on Mark Drive. Lee was taken into custody and transported back to The Hanover Township Police Department where she was arraigned in front of District Magistrate Matthew Carmody. Lee was remanded to The Luzerne County Correctional Facility in lieu of $15,000 straight cash bail. 

A Preliminary Hearing has been set for Wednesday July 15, 2026 at 9:30 am in Central Court.
