The Steelton Borough Police Department announces the arrest of Nelson Baezfeliz following a lengthy and comprehensive stalking investigation that began on March 5, 2026, and culminated in his arrest on July 1, 2026.

The investigation was initiated after the victim reported being subjected to an ongoing pattern of harassment, intimidation, and stalking. Over the course of nearly four months, investigators conducted an extensive investigation involving witness interviews, digital evidence, surveillance, and coordination with neighboring law enforcement agencies.

As a result of the investigation, Mr. Baezfeliz has been charged with the following offenses:

• Stalking
• Intimidation of a Witness
• Criminal Use of a Communication Facility
• Harassment

• Multiple summary offenses related to the investigation

The investigation revealed an alleged pattern of escalating conduct directed toward the victim. Through diligent investigative efforts, officers gathered evidence that supported the filing of criminal charges and the issuance of an arrest warrant.

In addition to the charges filed by the Steelton Borough Police Department, Mr. Baezfeliz is also facing additional pending criminal charges in Swatara Township and Susquehanna Township stemming from related conduct currently under investigation by those respective jurisdictions.

Mr. Baezfeliz is currently being held pending arraignment.
