On June 22, 2026 at 1656hrs, the East Pennsboro Police initiated a traffic stop at 3rd Street and State Street, Enola for a traffic violation. The operator was identified as Roger Snavely of Enola. An investigation determined that Snavely did not have a valid operators license. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
