On May 20, 2026 at approximately 1122 hours, LCRPD officers were dispatched to 1713 E Mifflin St (North Lebanon Township) for a theft. Officers arrived and learned the victim had his electric bicycle stolen from his property earlier in the morning. The victim identified a possible suspect as Arnaldo Velez-Class. Officers went to Velez-Class' address and discovered the stolen bicycle. An interview was held later with Velez-Class and he admitted to taking the bicycle. Charges were filed.
