On Monday, June 22, 2026, at an unknown time, Millersville Borough Police responded to a report of a dog being bitten by another dog.
Upon arrival, officers spoke with the owner of a male pitbull, who acknowledged that the dog had escaped from their residence through an open side door. The pitbull then approached another dog being walked by its owner, resulting in a biting incident.
Although the victim was attacked, no visible injuries were observed. Due to the pitbull's history of not being properly contained, the owner was charged with violating the Borough Ordinance regarding animals running at large.
