Terroristic Threats, Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness – On 5/24/2026 at 0520 hrs in the 100 Blk of E Main St – 51 yr old Alan Perez from Middletown

Theft from a Motor Vehicle, Receiving Stolen Property, Firearms Violations, Public Drunkenness – 23 yr old Silvio Collins from Middletown – On 6/19/2026 at 0010 hrs MPD officers were flagged down by a resident who observed an individual rummaging through a parked vehicle. Police apprehended Silvio Collins, however, immediately before being taken into custody he tossed a .38 cal revolver over a fence.  The firearm was recovered and determined to be stolen from Lancaster County.
