On June 10, 2026, at approximately 1754 hours, police responded to the Creekside Marketplace (GIANT) for a minor motor vehicle crash.
During the investigation, officers spoke with the operator of one of the vehicles identified as Errol Reed Krebs, a 44-year-old male. Further investigation revealed that the individual had an ignition interlock license. However, it was discovered that the ignition interlock in the vehicle had been tampered with by covering the camera lens and tampering with the mouthpiece.
As a result, charges of Illegally Operating a Motor Vehicle Not Equipped with Ignition Interlock and Following Too Closely were filed at District Court 03-2-04.
All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
