On May 30, 2026, at approximately 2153 hours, police observed an ATV (side by side) traveling on Easton Rd in the area of Lower Saucon Rd. A traffic stop was initiated on the ATV in the area of Ridge Dr.

During the stop, the operator identified as Jacop Charles Hunter, a 34-year-old male, was found to have an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. He subsequently failed field coordination exercises. The individual was taken into custody and transported to the Northampton County DUI Center for processing. BAC .13%

Charges of DUI and Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages were filed at District Court 03-2-04. All persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
