On Tuesday June 16, 2026 at approximately 11:00am, the Palmer Township Police were dispatched by county control to the Home Depot for a report of a disturbance, where an individual was punched in the face. Upon arrival, witnesses advised Officers where the male suspect was in the parking lot. The male suspect was located and taken into custody. He was identified as Luke Sheriff and transported to the Palmer Township Police Department for processing. He was later arraigned by Magisterial District Justice Hutnik and committed to the Northampton County Prison on $10,000.00 bail.
