DOG LAW 

TODD L GEYER SR of Frederick Street Mill Hall,  will be cited under the Pennsylvania Dog Law, GEYER, the owner of a pittbull,  failed to keep the dog under control or containment within his own property. The dog left the property onto public roadways. The dog chased a USPS worker while he was delivering mail to neighborhood homes, the dog attempted  to bite the postal worker in the legs several times until he fought the dog off which it then retreated.  The citation will be filed in District Court 25-3-02 GEYER face of $500-$1000 for the first offense.
