On December 13th, 2025, at 6:35 PM, the Lower Allen Township Police Department was dispatched to Walmart, 3400 Hartzdale Drive for a non-active retail theft. Loss prevention advised that a Hispanic male had stolen two Meta Guest VR headsets valued at $499 each. Loss prevention advised the male actually broke the locked cabinet and removed the glass panels to access the VR headsets.

Through investigation the suspect was positively identified as Kevin Bonilla Reyes.

Charges were filed and a summons was issued. 

On June 12th, 2026, Bonilla Reyes failed to appear for his preliminary hearing and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
