On June 4, 2026, Warrington Police responded to the area of Lower Barness Road for a report of a motorist being followed. 

The complainant reported that after a traffic-related dispute near Bristol Road and Route 202, another driver began following him. Officers located and stopped the suspect vehicle in the Valley Square area. The driver, 78-year-old Michael Kreps of Holland, stated the complainant had crossed the double yellow line and cut him off. 

The complainant reported Kreps followed him for approximately 7.3 miles through multiple roadways because he did not want the driver to know where he lived and drove to the police station. Following the investigation, Kreps was cited for harassment.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
