The Carroll Township Police Department is currently searching for Joseph Hale. Joseph is 76 years old, 5'8" and roughly 160lbs. Joseph was last seen near the first block of Northern Dancer Drive and wearing cut off jean shorts and a gray sweatshirt. Joseph is diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia. If you may have seen Joseph, please call 911 immediately.
