On June 8, 2026 at approximately 1458 hours, LCRPD was dispatched to Walmart, 1355 E Lehman St (North Lebanon Twp) for a retail theft. Officers arrived and learned that Walmart employees stopped the defendant, Rachel Rebert, after she selected 96 items totaling $936.14 and exited the store failing to offer payment. Rebert was charged and taken to Lebanon Central Booking.
