On June 6, 2026, Lebanon County Regional Police were dispatched to Rutter's, 1621 W Cumberland St (West Lebanon Township) for a trespassing. Security at Rutter's advised of multiple people that needed to leave since loitering at the business was no longer allowed. They refused to leave so police were contacted. Police arrived and ordered Wilhelm Montalvo-March, Milagros Galarza, Alberto Laureano, and Juan Ruiz-Figueroa to leave after making their purchases. They defied orders to leave the premises or identify themselves.
Galarza actively resisted police efforts to obtain her identity and resisted arrest. Montalvo-March struck an officer's hand away and then shoved an officer in an attempt to interfere with the arrest of Galarza. He was also taken into custody.
Montalvo-March was charged with Aggravated Assault, Resisting Arrest, Defiant Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. Galarza was arrested for Resisting Arrest and Defiant Trespass. Ruiz-Figueroa and Laureano were charged with Defiant Trespass.
