On May 24, 2026 at approximately 1330 hours, LCRPD officers conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Lantern Drive. During the traffic stop, it was determined that the driver, Paul Michael Boltz, was operating a vehicle without the required ignition interlock device while having a suspended license with an ignition interlock restriction. Boltz was charged for the violation.
