On April 29, 2026 at approximately 0134 hours an officer on patrol conducted a traffic stop after observing violations in the area of North Lehigh Avenue and Genoga Avenue in Wind Gap. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle who was identified as Robert Graham. Officers learned Graham's license was suspended and the officers observed signs of impairment. Graham was asked to submit to field sobriety exercises and additional signs of impairment were observed. Graham was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI-D and was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert from the North Catasauqua Police Department who determined Graham was impaired. Graham was transported to the County DUI Center and requested to submit to a chemical test which he agreed to. Laboratory results indicated that Graham had Methamphetamine, Amphetamine, Marijuana, and related Metabolites in his system on the night in question. As a result of the investigation charges were filed through District Court.
