On May 24, 2026 at 2359hrs, the East Pennsboro Police were dispatched to Belle Vista Dr. and Halyard Way, Summerdale for an auto accident. Officers arrived at the single vehicle auto accident. The operator appeared to be under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. The operator was identified as Julia Moser of Harrisburg. Moser was arrested and transported to UPMC West Shore for chemical testing. Moser consented to a blood test. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
