On 05/08/2026, CPD took a report of a theft of property lost/mislaid. On 05/07/2026 at approximately 1708 hours, the victim left their backpack at one of the bleachers at the 2nd Street Playground (Mike Waters Memorial Park). The above pictures individuals went to the park after hours, and took the backpack. The persons shown in this photo may have information relevant to an ongoing police investigation. They are a person of interest, but not necessarily a suspect at this time.
