On Thursday, June 4, 2026, Millersville Borough Police pulled over a driver for speeding, which led to the arrest of DERECK TYRELL SEASE, JR for driving under the influence and other offenses. During the traffic stop, officers observed multiple containers of alcohol inside the vehicle. Despite denying alcohol consumption, the driver agreed to a series of field sobriety tests. The officers also detected the smell of alcohol on the individual's breath. As a result, the driver was taken into custody and formally charged.
