North Huntingdon Township, PA -- North Huntingdon Township charged two men who are accused of making fraudulent charges worth more than $14,000 from an elderly victim.
The victim's power of attorney reported the allegations to North Huntingdon Township Police after discovering high balances on several credit cards belonging to the victim.
The victim has been hospitalized since February of 2026.
Police were told that two men had access to the victim's residence after they both lived in the residence for periods of time and the power of attorney believed they were responsible for the fraudulent transactions.
Banking statements were turned over to police, and it was determined more than $14,134 of fraudulent charges were made between March and May of 2026.
Investigators obtained surveillance video from several of the establishments where the credit card were used and observed the two suspects, Jason Fox and Todd Quiggle, making various transactions with the victim's credit cards.
There was also video of the suspects using the victim's vehicle.
Fox and Quiggle are facing charges for access device fraud, financial exploitation of an older adult, and criminal conspiracy.
