The Lebanon County Regional Police Department has charged Kevin Creasy in connection with an incident that occurred on April 24, 2026, at Zimmey's Auto Parts, 2555 E. Cumberland Street, North Lebanon Township.

On the above date, Creasy presented a check for payment at the above-listed business, knowing that the financial institution would not honor it upon presentment. The investigation determined that Creasy acted with intent to defraud the business by using the worthless instrument.

As a result of the investigation, charges were filed.
