K9 Abby Helps Uncover Narcotics During Traffic Stop

On May 25, 2026, Warrington Police stopped a vehicle after observing it driving the wrong way through a parking lot on Easton Road, nearly striking a concrete median and it had dark tinted windows.

During the investigation, officers detected the odor of burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle operated by 36-year-old Daniel Noda of Miami. K9 Abby conducted a sniff of the vehicle and alerted the presence of narcotics. A subsequent search led to the discovery of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and his business card containing a pink powdery substance suspected to be ketamine and MDMA.

Noda was placed under arrest and transported to the station where he was processed and released.

Criminal charges, and any discussion thereof, are merely allegations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
