On May 29, 2026, at 1814 hours, LCRPD responded to Walmart, 1355 E Lehman Street (North Lebanon), for a retail theft. The investigation revealed that Lisa M. Kafader and an 11-year-old female did select miscellaneous merchandise valued at $190.33 and exit the store without rendering payment. Kafader admitted to using the 11-year-old to assist her in concealing the merchandise. Kafader was taken into custody and charged accordingly.
