On May 31, 2026 at 1415 hours, LCRPD officers were dispatched to a retail theft at Walmart, 1355 E Lehman St (North Lebanon Township). The investigation revealed Wilson Echavarria-Mercado stole store merchandise and was in possession of drug paraphernalia. Echevarria-Mercado was arrested and charged accordingly.
