On April 22, 2026 at 1347hrs, the East Pennsboro Police were dispatch to State Street at Pennsylvania Ave., Enola for an unconscious male in a motor vehicle. Officers responded to the scene and rendered aid. The operator was identified as Wolodymyr Dschulik of Enola. Dschulik appeared to be under the influence of a controlled substance. Dschulik was transported to Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital for treatment. Dchulik consented to a blood test. Charges were filed and a preliminary hearing was scheduled at MDJ Sanderson's office.
