On Monday May 25th, 2026, at approximately 1:55am, Officers from the Lower Chichester Township Police Department were dispatched to the area of the 1600 block of Huddell Avenue for the report of a "person with a gun."

Upon the arrival of Officers, contact was made with the caller who would later be the defendant.  He stated that a group of males were chasing him after he told them to get away from a specific vehicle that was not his, an hour prior.  To the Officers on scene, it appeared that the subject, identified as Jonahthan Edward Fischbach, was under the influence of some type of controlled substance, based on his behavior.

Fischbach was given the opportunity to go home, and Officers did clear the scene, however, it was not long until Officers were dispatched back to the area, this time with reports that the male was now looking into vehicles himself. Although Officers were unable to locate him this time, the caller was able to confirm to Officers that this was the same subject that they had been dealing with earlier.

A short time later, Officers were again dispatched to the area, this time for the same subject, allegedly in the rear fenced in yard of a residence, where he had no permission to be. Officers checked the back yard and found Fischbach on the roof of the garage. Fischbach was ordered to come down, where he was taken into custody without incident.  While in the patrol vehicle, Fischbach did divulge that he had used methamphetamines earlier, and would also admit to hallucinations of seeing people while still sitting in the rear of the patrol vehicle.

Fischbach was arrested and charged accordingly.
