On March 12, 2026 at approximately 0309 hours, LCRPD officers were dispatched to the area of Hill Church Rd and Kings Dr (North Lebanon Township) for a subject lying along the road. Officers arrived and discovered the defendant, Kenneth Cheng, staggering along the roadway. Upon completing their investigation, officers determined Cheng attempted to drive home from the Annville area while under the influence of alcohol, left the roadway, and struck a utility pole causing moderate damage to the front of the vehicle and flattening two tires. Cheng left the scene and drove the vehicle home with disabling damage before walking back to the area to determine what had been hit. 

Charges were filed once the blood test results were received.
