A resident of our community recently found a lost dog in their yard and reported it to the Millersville Borough Police Department. Our on-duty officer responded promptly and transported the dog to the station.

After a quick investigation, the officer was able to identify the dog's owner, B. Wills. The officer then returned the dog to its owner, who was subsequently cited for violating the borough's animal ordinance.

This incident serves as a reminder to all pet owners in our community to ensure their animals are properly secured and in compliance with local regulations.
