Information provided by PSP Tips: 

Arnold, PA -- The Pennsylvania State Police Troop A Greensburg Fire Marshal Unit, in cooperation with City of Arnold Police Department, is investigating a fire on May 7, 2026 located at 1602 5th Avenue, City of Arnold, Westmoreland County.
 

An unknown actor in dark colored clothing is observed on surveillance video walking to the scene on Horne Blvd and shortly after the fire occurs, flees the scene with his pant leg and boot on fire. 
 

He is believed to have fled in the direction of Constitution Boulevard. 

 

This fire was determined to be incendiary with fire damage to the vehicle and structure.    

 

During the course of the investigation, a white SUV was observed in the area prior to the fire and is being sought as a potential witness.
