On May 20, 2026 at 2106 hours LCRPD officers were dispatched to a wellbeing check at 1689 N 8th Ave (North Lebanon Township). The investigation revealed Robert A. Gerberich discharged a firearm in close proximity to the victim during the course of an argument which put the victim in danger of death or serious injury. Gerberich was taken into custody and charges were filed.
