Morrisville Police Log (05/05/26-05/18/26)

Arrest/Warrant-05/08/26 @1418-Sean P. Ermert, age 56, was arrested for a warrant out of Mississippi in the 200 Block of Stockham Ave. He was processed, bail set at 10% 10,000. He was transported to BCP.

Disorderly Person-05/10/26 @0419- Officers were dispatched to the Quality Inn for a report of a disorderly person kicking on the door. The Quality Inn requested that they leave, and they gathered their belonging and left the premises.

Theft of Catalytic Converter-05/12/26 @0646- Police made contact with the victim, who advised his catalytic converter was gone from his vehicle, which was parked in the 100 block of Clymer Ave. The victim received quotes for repair and stated that the catalytic converter itself costs between $400 and $800, plus installation would be $1000.

Arrest/Warrant-05/12/26 @1914-Marlon Melgar Portillo, age 34, was dropped off by the Bucks County Sheriff’s for our active warrant. Portillo was arraigned, and bail was set at 10% $750,000 and sent to BCP.

Aggravated Assault-05/13/26 @2206-Mehmet M. Aksoy, age 31, was arrested after an incident that took place in the unit block of Robertson Ave. Aksoy was processed and arraigned, and set to BCP on $25,000 of 10%.

Retail Theft-05/14/26 @1321- Police were dispatched to a retail theft not in progress at Giant Food Store. A Black Male placed $160.00 worth of Monster and Red Bull drinks into trash bags and left without paying.

Fraud-05/15/26 @1205-Victim paid $2400 for two new Verizon products and was scammed into returning them to an address that belonged to the scammer. Verizon is reimbursing the victim.

Fraud-05/18/2026 @1511-Victim found a listing for rental in the 400 block of W. Bridge St. He put down a $1000.00 deposit, and after a few days of no communication, the victim reached out to get his down payment back. The victim still has yet to hear back about getting his down payment back.
