On May 9, 2026, an officer from the Robeson Township Police Department located a vehicle along the Horseshoe Trail in William Penn State Forest and made contact with three adult males at a campfire. The group was advised to remove their trash before leaving.

When the officer later returned, the vehicle was gone but multiple boxes and bags of trash were left along the roadway. Through investigation, Samarth LUTHRA was identified and accepted responsibility. As a result, a non-traffic citation was filed against LUTHRA.
